​No, mobile bartenders in California do not cary a liquor license. The only way to obtain a liquor license is to own a brick & mortar company. We kindly asks our guest to purchase the alcohol so we don't need a Liquor License .

While we don't provide portable bar setups or rentals ourselves, we're happy to point you in the right direction! If you need a portable bar for your event, we can connect you with our trusted local partner who offers a variety of unique bar rental options.
Do You Operate As A Full Bar?
We do not operate as a full bar. Instead, we offer a curated selection of three signature cocktails to ensure a consistent guest experience and maintain high-quality standards—avoiding the slower service and complexity that come with a full bar. This focused approach allows us to serve you quickly and with exceptional attention to detail.
Do You Have Insurance?

Yes, Cart Side Cocktails carries General and Liquor Liability Insurance. All of are Bartenders are license by the ABC to serve alcohol.
Can We Run A Cash Bar?
No, we do not have a liquor license. This means that all spirit sales are prohibited. The clients must purchase the alcohol and run an open bar during their event.
