Do You Have A Liquor License?
No. In California, mobile bartending companies cannot obtain a liquor license unless they operate from a brick-and-mortar establishment. For this reason, we require our clients to purchase all alcohol for their event. This allows us to legally provide bartending services without holding a liquor license.
Do You Have Bar Rentals?
While we don't provide portable bar setups or rentals directly, we're happy to point you in the right direction! If your event requires a bar, we can connect you with our trusted local partner who offers a variety of unique and stylish bar rental options.
Do You Operate As A Full Bar?
We do not operate as a full-service open bar. Instead, we offer a thoughtfully curated selection of up to three signature cocktails and four total spirits. This allows us to deliver a consistent guest experience while maintaining the highest quality standards - without the slower service or added complexity that often come with a full bar.
Do You Have Insurance?
Cart Side Cocktails carries both General Liability and Liquor Liability Insurance. All of our bartenders are licensed by the ABC and certified to responsibily serve alcohol.
Can We Run A Cash Bar?
No. We do not hold a liquor license, we are legally unable to sell alcohol or operate a cash bar. All alcohol must be purchased by the client in advance.

Once you book with Cart Side Cocktails, we'll provide a customized, itemized shopping list tailored specifically to your event, guest count and selected cocktails - making the purchasing process simple and stress free.
