Cart-Side Cocktails is driven by a true passion for hospitality—a spirit that Nicole brought to the team from our very first event, and Donovan embraced whole-heartedly when the two acquired the company in May of 2025. Since stepping in, Nicole and Donovan have worked side by side to transform every celebration into an unforgettable, stress-free experience for our clients.
Their commitment goes far beyond pouring great drinks; for Nicole and Donovan, it’s all about connection and personal touch. Communication is never an afterthought—with a hands-on approach, they ensure every detail is discussed, every question answered, and every host feels supported from the first inquiry through the last toast.
Nicole’s journey with Cart-Side started from day one, with deep roots in the company’s story and a passion to see it grow. When Donovan joined, his dedication to seamless service and guest experience elevated the standard for every event. Together, they’ve built a reputation for making clients feel not just cared for, but celebrated.
Outside of working tirelessly for their clients, Nicole and Donovan share a love for adventure. They travel the world together—always seeking out the globe’s top bars, learning new techniques, and returning home inspired. Their travels fuel the fresh ideas and personalized touches that make Cart-Side Cocktails unique. For them, every journey is about seeking ways to bring more joy, creativity, and connection to the celebrations they serve.
From the Central Coast to destinations abroad and back, Nicole and Donovan remain devoted to the craft of hospitality—and to raising the bar for every wedding, celebration, and milestone they’re entrusted with.
