It all started with a passion for hospitality which was sparked from Lauren's very first job at the age of 16. 

 

From day one, at Paso Robles very own Italian restaurant "Buona Tavola", Lauren quickly excelled in connecting with clients and her team. "My favorite part about the restaurant business particularly was getting a chance to meet and connect with new people everyday. My fellow employees quickly became my second family and from there on, I never looked back. I knew hospitality was my Passion!" 

 

She followed her heart into one of the most prestigious hospitality programs in the nation: (UNLV) University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Lauren graduated with honors while acquiring a bachelors degree in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Food & Beverage. She was also self supporting herself through college. "The challenge has always been a real driver for me. It really has pushed me to the next level personally and professionally."

 

After graduating in the midst of the whole COVID dilemma, Lauren relocated back to where it all started and continued her hospitality dreams. Soon after she found her way to a highly respected position: Food & Beverage Manager at the exclusive San Luis Obispo County Club. This really gave Lauren her professional credibility which has guided her to pursue her true dream of making people happy within the hospitality industry on her own.
